Travel and parking
Our centre is located in Burgess Hill, just north of Brighton and a stones throw from the A23.
We have a free car park available for our members, including a number of disabled bays.

Accessibility
We encourage physical activity for everybody. Our centre is equipped with a range of facilities to support you however you choose to enjoy your time with us. Should you require any assistance during your visit, we will be more than happy to help you.
Costa Coffee
Costa at The Triangle offers customers somewhere to relax, socialise and unwind after a workout, swim or one of the many other activities the centre offers. It features a large seating area with sofas, high stool areas, pool viewing and designated seating for parents with kids in soft play.
Pick up and register your Costa card to enjoy everything from free treats and secret events to unlimited Wi-Fi, bonus rewards and exclusive offers.
A food menu will be available throughout the day for our customers. Start your day with some tasty pastries, porridge pots or (for the naughtier ones) a bacon muffin or sample a delicious range of lunchtime options including paninis, pasta or salads.
We respectively request that only food and drink purchased on our premises can be consumed on site. However, we do understand that exceptions need to be made where there are specific dietary requirements that we cannot cater for.
Please note, we are a cashless site.
Your on-site shop
We supply a wide range of Zoggs swimwear for children and adults as well as a selection of toys and fun training aids. Our staff are always on hand to understand your needs and assist you in finding the right product for you.
If you can’t see what you are looking for, please ask reception as we can order items for you.
Alternatively, visit the Zoggs online shop ahead of your visit to buy online.
Facility hire
We have a wide range of facilities available for hire for sporting pursuits, team building, meetings and special events.

Add to the enjoyment of your visit by visiting one of our treatment rooms, which is often being used by two local businesses who are on hand to meet your needs.
Members are entitled to 10% off any treatment.
