We offer a wide range of fun activities for the whole family to enjoy in and out of the pool.
From activities to keep the little ones active during the school holidays, to parties for that special day, to fun and active ways to spend some quality family time together - we have something for everyone.
Trampolining
Bounce to new heights with one of our trampolining courses! Following the Trampolining Proficiency Awards Scheme, our trampolining courses teach simple aerial tricks all the way up to big-air stunts. Our courses are adaptive for all abilities. Trampolining helps children build strong, healthy muscles and bones, and increases flexibility, balance, and coordination as well as discipline, self-esteem, and social skills.
Neurodivergent Active Play and Bounce
We run a range of neurodivergent friendly activities including Active Play and Bounce. Each session is designed to have smaller groups compared to our regular sessions, staff trained by Autism Hampshire on site to support and sensory toolkits available for reception.
Active Play and Bounce
Our exciting and fun-filled activity session for pre-school aged children has a variety of activity zones on offer, including soft play, inflatables, balance and agility and creativity.
Holiday activities
We understand the importance of children being active during the holidays.
