Swimming is a great way to stay physically active, whatever your age or ability. Whether you’re lane swimming to maintain and develop your fitness, splashing around with the family or learning to swim so that you can join in the fun, we have something for you!

Swimming memberships
We offer a range of Swim memberships that will allow you to enjoy your time in the pool – whether for fun or structured, fitness activity.

Swimming lessons
Our team follows the Swim England Learn to Swim Framework to deliver swimming lessons. We use fun and games to build water confidence from the first splash to a lifetime of loving swimming and being safe in the water.
Aqua classes
Looking for a workout class in the water? We run regular aqua classes at Berwick Sports and Leisure Centre.
Aqua Fit - This low-impact class is perfect for weight-loss, toning your body and improving general fitness
Spa
Take time to completely relax and unwind in our beautifully tranquil thermal spa.
Warm up in the heat of our spa pool, sauna or steam pool, before cooling down again in our refreshing and revitalising monsoon showers.
Remember, our Spa membership gives you unlimited access to our spa.
Pool info
We have two pools to enjoy at Berwick Sports and Leisure Centre - our Main Pool and Teaching Pool.

Remember, you will need to bring appropriate swimwear, a towel and your band to access your locker.
Eyemouth Swimming Club
We regularly welcome Eyemouth Swimming Club to use our facilities. The club are always on the look out for new members.
