Membership offer

I. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

II. Offer applies to fitness memberships only at The Triangle Leisure Centre on 26th March only.

III. All qualifying juniors must have a direct familial relationship. Simply register your juniors at site on your first visit for a small monthly fee - the first payment will be taken when the junior members are first registered.

IV. All participants must complete a Direct Debit mandate when signing up for their membership.

V. All 'membership standards' must be adhered to.

Competition

How to enter

I. Entries must be made by posting a photo with the selfie board on social media, using #trianglebirthday and tagging us.

II. Closing date for entries is 26th March 2024.

III. Entries will be reviewed and a winner will be selected.

IV. The winner will receive a 12-month Premium Membership.

V. All entrants will receive a free 5-day pass, which they can collect from reception by showing their proof of entry social media post.

VI. The prizes are as stated and there are no alternative prizes or cash substitutes.

VII. If a prize is declined, or if a winner forfeits the prize under these terms and conditions, then the Promoter may at its absolute discretion draw an alternative winner.

VIII. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.

IX. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner announcement

I. Winner will be notified privately by email week commencing 1st April 2024.

II. The Promoter will attempt to contact the winner by social media direct message up to two times. 

III. If a winner does not respond to emails notifying them of their win within seven days of the second attempt, they will lose their right to the prize, and the Promoter reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner. 

IV. The Promoter will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.

Receipt of prize

I. Please allow up to 14 days for collection or delivery arrangements may be made through mutual agreement.

Data protection and publicity

I. Winners agree to participate in publicity accompanying or resulting from the competition. No additional compensation will be awarded for such promotional activities.

General

I. The Promoter reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions or cancel the competition at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control.

II. English law applies and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with this promotion.
