Please be aware that we currently do not have any hot water in the building. As a result, our showers and pool are operating at colder temperatures to usual. We are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Trampolining
Find out moreBounce to new heights with one of our trampolining courses! Following the British Gymnastics Trampolining Proficiency Awards Scheme, our trampolining courses are designed to teach everything from simple aerial tricks all the way up to big-air stunts. Our courses are adaptive for all abilities. Trampolining helps children build strong, healthy muscles and bones, and increases flexibility, balance, and coordination as well as discipline, self-esteem, and social skills.
