We offer a wide range of fun activities for the whole family to enjoy in and out of the pool.
From activities to keep the little ones active during the school holidays, to parties for that special day, to fun and active ways to spend some quality family time together - we have something for everyone.
Soft play
Our active soft play area is a great way for younger kids to develop better physical, social and emotional skills. Learning to balance, jump and climb without risk of injury will develop confidence, balance and co-ordination.
Gymnastics

Our gymnastics programme follows British Gymnastics’ Rise Gymnastics scheme – a modern take on a wonderful, legendary sport. Children of all ages and abilities have the power to shine with Rise Gymnastics.
Learning through fun games and activities to enable gymnasts to develop physically, socially and emotionally, your child will build key foundation skills for life. Achievements will be rewarded regularly with certificates and medals, and you can follow all of their progress in real-time using the Course Hub.
We also offer adult gymnastics.
Trampolining
Bounce to new heights with one of our trampolining courses! Following the Trampolining Proficiency Awards Scheme, our trampolining courses teach simple aerial tricks all the way up to big-air stunts. Our courses are adaptive for all abilities. Trampolining helps children build strong, healthy muscles and bones, and increases flexibility, balance, and coordination as well as discipline, self-esteem, and social skills.

Parties at The Dolphin

There's no fuss and no mess. You, your child and their friends have all the fun whilst we plan the big day for you.
We have a range of parties for you to chose from.
Roller disco
With organised games, dance routines and some super funky tunes from our professional DJ, all ages will love the excitement and thrill of skating in a safe indoor environment.
We offer two great sessions available. Our family friendly session which is aimed at kids and their big people, and our teen skate session. You can freestyle in your own skates or we have some available to hire.
