Kyle Knight
I’m a level 3 personal trainer with over a years experience within the fitness industry.
Within this time I have worked with people from all different types of backgrounds with different types of goals. I’m a friendly, approachable guy who’s happy to answer any questions.
My passion in fitness has always been there from playing rugby league since I was young.
I just graduated university where I studied Sports and Exercise Science, which accelerated my dedication and knowledge within the industry even more. My passion in fitness is observing form and working on technique as I feel this is important for many reasons. I also love testing one rep maxes, as I enjoy seeing people’s increase in strength.
Karolina Blasiak
I am a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer & Pre and Postnatal Trainer. I am also certified in Health and Nutrition including Vegan and Vegetarian Nutrition, and Diabetes Care and Management, I am currently studying Level 4 in Nutrition for Physical Activity and Sport.
From a very young age, fitness had always been a big part of my life and I always stayed physically active throughout my life, whether through training at the gym/home, playing basketball or tennis, swimming or doing yoga and Pilates.
As a person and a trainer I strive to help others become healthier, fitter, stronger & more confident by creating a well-balanced lifestyle and a healthy, positive mindset, as I believe when you feel good you do good.
Lewis Westwell
Level 3 personal trainer with a passion of watching and helping people achieve their goals.
I have been through different transformations so I know what dedication and hard work that has to go into your training and diet to be able to achieve your goals.
I am an easy and friendly person to talk to and try to offer the best advice that I possibly can to help people achieve the goals that they have set for themselves.
My advice for beginners is to make sure that you are performing exercises properly and making sure your form is perfect and put everything into your training as it will benefit you in the future.I am very passionate about fitness and have been given a lot of advice and knowledge off other personal trainers which I take on board to better myself as a personal trainer.
Chris Keegan
I discovered my passion for health and fitness at a very young age through Rollerblading and Martial Arts.
I take pride in helping people achieve their goals and helping them become the strongest version of themselves. My focus is on health first. A strong heart, efficient cardiovascular system, good posture, correct exercise technique and educating you to be independent and comfortable in the gym environment on your own take top priority with me.
Whether your goal is to build lean muscle mass, enhance sport specific performance, look and feel good on the beach (yes that is a good goal too) or just simply wanting to improve the quality of your every day life, I can help you.
