We offer a wide range of fun activities for the whole family to enjoy in and out of the pool.
From activities to keep the little ones active during the school holidays, to parties for that special day, to fun and active ways to spend some quality family time together - we have something for everyone.
Trampolining
Bounce to new heights with one of our trampolining courses! Following the Trampolining Proficiency Awards Scheme, our trampolining courses teach simple aerial tricks all the way up to big-air stunts. Our courses are adaptive for all abilities. Trampolining helps children build strong, healthy muscles and bones, and increases flexibility, balance, and coordination as well as discipline, self-esteem, and social skills.
Holiday activities
At Court Garden Leisure Complex, we are here to keep your little ones active and happy during the holidays by offering fun activities for them to enjoy.
Active Play and Bounce
Our Active Play and Bounce sessions are not currently running on a weekly basis, but will return again in the Autumn Term.
