At Wycombe Leisure Centre we offer a variety of health and wellbeing classes

Falls Prevention exercise classes
A low intensity workout using a variety of postural strengthening techniques, including both seated and standing exercises
- Fridays at 1.30pm
Who's it for?
- Those who want to improve strength, balance, and/or posture
- Those who are coming back from long-term illness or surgery
- Those who have been out of exercise and want to improve their physical health
- Those who have had a 1 fall or more in 12 months, or a fear of falling

Active Hearts exercise classes
- Tuesdays at 11.00am: a self-paced gym-based session with an instructor
- Wednesdays at 7.30pm: an instructor led gym-based session
- Thursdays at 10.30am: a instructor led circuit-style session in a large, open space

- Those who have/had a cardiopulmonary event, procedure, or condition
- Those who want to be guided back into exercise with an instructor
- Those who have completed a hospital-based phase 3 recovery programme
- Those who want to keep active with others

Cancer Rehab exercise classes
A gym-based circuit-style class, which you can work to your own intensity, and attend as frequently as you wish
