Join Abbie’s 6 week “stronger you” challenge to embark on a journey towards a healthier, fitter you. This programme is designed to provide you with a tailored workout, guidance on your water intake, step count goals and nutritional advice. You'll also get access to a WhatsApp group, with a community of likeminded individuals to help keep motivated every step of the way.

- Receive regular updates and reminders to enhance your journey
The programme
The programme includes an initial consultation. This includes an assessment of your body metrics and measurement, a discussion of your exercise goals, preferences and any specific requirements and an introduction to the programme.
You will also receive a midpoint check-in with Abbie, which includes a review of your progress and another look body metrics and measurements. Abbie will then review and make any adjustments to your programme that she thinks is necessary to ensure you reach your goals.
At the end of the 6 week programme, Abbie will review your progress with you, to help celebrate your hard work and dedication over the period of time.
