Adult and Child18 months - 3 years
Give toddlers confidence in the water from the word go while learning core skills through fun and games. Parents or carers join their toddler in the water providing support and encouragement.

Preschool Ducklings3-4 years
Aimed at children who are old enough to follow instructions and can move on their own. Children learn to float, rollover, blow bubbles, swim, enter and exit the pool safely.

Children's Swimming Lessons
Our swimming lesson programme for school aged children follows Swim England’s Learn to Swim Framework Stages 1 – 7. It’s all about developing confidence and competence through fun and enjoyment. *4 year olds must be in full time education to attend these lessons.

Adult Beginner18+ yrs
Our Adult Beginner course will guide you through your first experiences in the water. You’ll work on basic swimming skills and techniques, gaining confidence whilst moving in water.

Private Swimming Lessons
Designed for students who choose to learn in one-to-one or a small group ratio. Dedicated instruction allows students to perfect skills, boost confidence and move at the student’s own pace in a relaxed environment.

Stages 8-10 advanced swimming
After completing the learn to swim programme, these classes will teach children about swimming for fitness. Take part in drills and sets to develop stamina and distance, learn how to complete turns for each competitive stroke. Children must have completed Stage 7 or equivalent of our learn to swim programme and be confident in deep water to attend these sessions. Please enquire for details.

Rookie Lifeguards
RLSS UK’s Rookie Lifeguard programme is taught using colourful materials, and fun, varied lifesaving and rescue activities to give children the skills they need to be confident in the pool or the sea and enjoy water safely. Children must have completed Stage 7 or equivalent of our learn to swim programme and be confident in deep water to attend these sessions. Please enquire for details.
