What is Save a Life Series?
Save a Life Series is a set of workshops aiming to equip candidates with knowledge about what to do in an emergency and the basic first aid skills needed when caring for a baby, child or adult.
Save an Adult's Life workshops
Millions of people don't know how to give basic first aid to another adult which is why Felixstowe are holding Save an Adult's Life workshops to provide individuals with the skills needed to react in an emergency. Topics within this course include:
- Basic life support (CPR)
- Choking - diagnosis and treatment
- Drowning - diagnosis and treatment

- Monday 13th May: 6.00pm - 8.00pm
- Saturday 18th May: 11.30am - 1.30pm
- Saturday 8th June: 11.30am - 1.30pm
- Tuesday 25th June: 7.00pm - 9.00pm
- Monday 15th July: 6.00pm - 8.00pm
- Monday 5th August: 6.00pm - 8.00pm
- Thursday 22nd August: 6.30pm - 8.30pm
Cost
The course is a donation-based workshop so bookings are free and there are several dates to attend. Donations to RLSS are encouraged and would be greatly appreciated.
