Centre opening hours

Monday 6.30am - 10pm

Tuesday 6.30am - 10pm

Wednesday 6.30am - 10pm

Thursday 6.30am - 10pm

Friday 6.30am - 10pm

Saturday 8am - 5pm

Sunday 8am - 8pm

Parking:

There is free parking available on-site for the duration of your visit. There are also disability bays available.

Arriving at the centre

During our peak times*, we recommend that you arrive in plenty of time for your activity. 

Please use our fast-track check-in points located in reception for the following activities:

Members:

• Gym
• Lane swimming
• All group exercise classes

For all other activities or sessions, please check-in at reception.

Places/pay as you go members:

• Pre-booked group exercise classes and lane swimming

For all other activities or sessions, please check-in at reception.

Lockers:

• Lockers in wet change and ladies gym require a £1 coin. These are refundable.
• Lockers in the male gym require a padlock. Please feel free to bring your own, robust padlock, or these can be purchased from reception.

* This could include school holidays, evenings and weekends.
