Centre opening hours
Monday to Friday: 6.00am – 10.30pm
Saturday: 7.00am – 8.00pm
Sunday: 7.00am – 10.00pm
Facility opening hours may differ, please see below.
Gym opening hours
Monday to Friday: 6.00am – 10.00pm
Saturday: 7.00am – 8.00pm
Sunday: 7.00am – 8.00pm
Health suite opening hours
Monday to Friday: 6.30am – 10.00pm
Saturday: 7.00am – 8.00pm
Sunday: 7.00am – 8.00pm
Costa Coffee opening hours
A place to relax, socialise and unwind after a workout, swim or one of the many other activities we offer.
Monday to Friday: 8.00am - 6.30pm
Saturday: 8.00am – 6.00pm
Sunday: 8.00am – 6.00pm
Changing rooms and lockers
All of our lockers require padlocks. Please feel free to bring you own robust padlock from home. Alternatively, we have padlocks available to purchase at reception for a cost of £5.50 (yours to keep).
The consumption of food is not permitted in our changing areas. Do not leave belongings in lockers overnight as they will be removed.
Parking
There is free parking available on-site for up to 4.5 hours. Please register your car registration using our tablets located to the left of reception within 20 minutes of arrival. There are also disability bays available.
Arriving at the centre
- During our peak times*, we recommend that you arrive in plenty of time for your activity.
- Please use our fast-track check-in points located in reception for the following activities:
Members:
- Gym
- Lane swimming
- All group exercise classes
- Health suite
For all other activities or sessions please check-in at reception.
Places/pay as you go members:
- For all activities or sessions, please check-in at reception.
For Clip 'n climb sessions, please head straight to the climbing area to the right of reception.

On-site shop
We supply a wide range of Zoggs swimwear for children and adults as well as a selection of toys and fun training aids. Our staff are always on hand to understand your needs and assist you in finding the right product for you.
If you can’t see what you are looking for, please ask reception as we can order items for you. Or if you’d like to buy online, visit the Zoggs online shop ahead of your visit to us.
